Dr. Martin was kind, compassionate and made the whole process as easy as possible for all of us. He obviously cares about what he does and the animals and their people. The online scheduling was very convenient as we needed the services very quickly as our beloved Sophie took a very rapid turn. Thanks so much for making a very difficult situation easier and one less thing to worry about.
Dr Martin was so gentle & kind when he arrived and through out the whole process. He took one look at our senior dog and confirmed how bad he was & would progress. It was a reassuring confirmation to our decision.
I was impressed with the thorough examination Dr Lane Martin did on my beloved kitty. I wondered if I was doing the right thing letting her go. The vet explained everything so I had a complete understanding and it gave me comfort to know it really was the right time to say goodbye. He was very patient and kind through the whole process. He brought her ashes back with a thoughtful card. I felt he cared. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Lane Martin was very kind and compassionate. He made sure all of our questions were answered and guided us through the process with patience and reassurance. He made one of our most heartbreaking moments of our lives just a little bit easier with his support and empathy. We are at peace, and are grateful for Dr. Lane Martin is assisting us with giving our pet the gentlest of goodbyes.
Dr Martin handled our pup's euthanasia with compassion and professionalism. We will certainly use his services again when the need arises. I recommend the service whole-heartedly.
Dr Martin was so kind and understanding. He explained everything in advance and gave us time to be with our beloved companion. It’s such a difficult experience but it was comforting to have the procedure handled by such a compassionate and caring vet.
From the moment he came to our door, his calm compassionate nature shined through. His patience and tenderness put our normally excitable dogs at ease. He accessed Sasha and agreed that his quality of life would only get worse over time. His difficulty breathing would eventually affect his movement and balance. George held Sasha on his lap, Dr. Lane kneeled beside him and administered the medications. He went peacefully. Doctor Lane gave us time to say our goodbyes and answered all our last minute questions. It made a difficult decision a truly memorable one. Thank you.
Dr. Martin was wonderful. Kind, thoughtful, informative, and skilled at the task of painlessly helping my best friend, Sunny the cat, move on to her next life. He also listened patiently. I am really grateful for Dr. Martin's excellent, compassionate care.
Dr. Martin was so caring & did his best to explain every step. He was kind & soft spoken while we held our fur baby in our arms. He also was able to get our kitties ashes & paw print back to us in under 1 week. I do think he made a special effort to facilitate that. He was very understanding & supportive in our grief.
Letting my sick baby down is the hardest decision I’ve ever made in my life. Dr. Lane Martin was the best. He was so tender and my baby didn’t seem to experience any pain like others described online. My baby passed peacefully in a comfort of his home. I’m so thankful for him, and think euthanasia at home worth every penny,.
I'm grateful for CodaPet, and specifically Dr. Lane Martin. He was kind and very respectful, and made a sad situation better.💜He spoke softly to my cat, Sunny, and told her what a good girl she is. He asked relevant questions, gave me plenty of information, and listened well. His empathy & caring were evident. Dr. Martin even respectfully listened to me share how I'd used an animal communicator to find out my cat wanted to cross over. All in all, it was a beautiful experience.🌈
Dr. Lane was patient, explained the process well and there to answer any questions I had. He was empathetic and a great vet to work with during a very sad and stressful time.
Dr Martin was kind and professional. He was attentive and gentle with our girl and with us. It is difficult to write about as we are grieving. Dr. Martin answered our questions, accepted our tears, and with compassion for our girl, helped us let her go. We are grateful.
He is very professional. Explains the process, but doesn't get in the way of saying goodbye. And reassured me that my little guy wasn't in any pain which was very important to me.
Our family feels very fortunate Dr. Martin was available to help our dog Ruby when the time came for her to peacefully pass. He was a great comfort to all of us, Ruby too, in navigating one of life's most miserable decisions.
Dr. Lane Martin brought everything needed to assure that our little 'Inspector Clouseau' died peacefully: knowing that he was treasured by our small family circle. His love of animals and empathy for their human companions made a inevitable day, a day of grace. For that, I am ever grateful.
In home euthanasia takes some of the sting out of letting your animal companion go. So compassionate. Dr. Martin was calming and respectful. He explained the process and made sure our cat and us were comfortable and ready. I highly recommend codapet.
Dr. Martin was very compassionate, he took time to answer our questions because we weren’t sure if it was the right time. Afterwards he sent a lovely card. You cannot ask for much more than that. It was a peaceful, calm experience.
Dr. Martin helped ease our sweet baby into a peaceful goodnight. He treated us with kindness and compassion. This decision is never a good one, but I’d recommend Dr Martin to anyone facing the worst choice imaginable. We thank you for taking care of our family, Dr Martin.
Dr. Lane Martin provided compassionate care during this end of life process for our beloved Kiya. While it’s never an easy decision to make, it was the right decision to have her at home in her comfortable place with those she loves. Dr. Martin was reassuring - asking all the right questions - affirming it was her time to go. The procedure was explained and went smoothly. She was able to pass peacefully in our arms receiving all the love she deserved. Thank you Dr. Lane Martin. Coda Pet has a very easy & efficient process to schedule and pay for this service. Linda S.
Dr. Martin was kind and gentle. He explained the process as this was our first time losing a pet. Cash got to go to sleep peacefully in my lap and I appreciate that Dr. Martin was able to relieve his suffering.
Dr. Martin helped us gracefully put our sweet Kitty Figgy to sleep. She had good days and bad, but on a day when she was stable, Dr. Martin helped us ease her into forever. Dr. Martin was calm, respectful, and kind as we lost our baby. I would forever recommend saying goodbye to my pets at home, and Dr. Martin made what was decidedly an awful day much more bearable. We are grateful.
Dr. Martin was a calm, supportive presence during this difficult transition. He was respectful of the experience from the moment he gently knocked on our door, throughout the process and up until he quietly let himself out once his role was complete. We are so grateful to have had him to provide a most peaceful and loving farewell to our beloved pup. I would recommend him and his services to anyone in a heartbeat.
Our cat went downhill really fast from kidney failure and we wanted to help him pass away peacefully at home. We were able to get a same-day appointment with Dr. Lane Martin, scheduled online. Dr. Martin communicated with us via text so we'd know when he was arriving (he got stuck in traffic, but let us know so we had a few extra minutes with our sweet cat). At our home, Dr. Martin was compassionate and respectful, explaining the process and giving us plenty of time to say goodbye to our cat. He administered a sedative first, and we were able to hold and pet our cat as he peacefully passed away. Dr. Martin then stepped out of the room so we could take the time we needed to say goodbye. Losing a beloved pet is so hard, but I'm extremely grateful that our cat was able to pass peacefully at home. Thank you, Dr. Martin.
Dr. Martin made this difficult moment much easier. He was kind and patient. Explained each step the process as it was happening and let me set the pace. My Reni had a calm, loving, and peaceful passing which truly eased my pain and grief.
Dr. Martin was a true gift to our family during a hard time. He made us feel ready to say goodbye to our best friend and provided a calm and peaceful presence throughout his time with us.
Dr. Lane Martin had the exact right type of personality for the service he was performing as well as being very quick and sure with the needle so my Nacho barely flinched and didn't even whine. My husband was shocked at how reasonable the bill was. I cried a lot when I realized it was time to make the appointment and doubtless will cry a bunch more but during the procedure all I felt was a sense of relief. Seeing Nacho between the sedative and the final injection just resting comfortably in his final moments meant the world to me.
It was a heart wrenching experience to have to euthanize my sweet dog Molly because of her serious heart disease. Dr. Martin was professional, Molly passed peacefully at home. A week later, Dr. Martin even delivered Molly's ashes to our home.
Thank you Dr .Martin to help us when we at very hard time to say goodbye to our lovely boy. He professional and help my little boy go on peace with no more pain to worry.
Dr. Martin made the heartbreaking experience of euthanizing our dog Sunny less painful. We were burdened with guilt. Dr. Martin answered our questions and was able to explain her situation in a caring manner that alleviated some of the pain in saying goodbye. There was a degree of comfort in having him there through the process of her passing. He gave us all of the private time we needed with Sunny afterwards. I highly recommend Dr. Martin to take you through this difficult time.
Our family was pleased with Dr. Lane Martin he showed compassion, love, and professionalism. He explained what he saw Maya was going thru after examining her. Dr. Martin felt our pain and thru this process he understood who we were and Maya and took this sad time at our pace. A very hard time for any family to go thru and Dr. Martin helped us to get thru this.
As heartbreaking as this was Lane made it so peaceful for our little girl to rest and see her puppy sister in heaven. It’s a tough think to recommend to people but if it’s time for you and your pet I wouldn’t suggest anywhere else. Thank you so much lane.
Dr. Martin was great. He gave an examination and asked questions about our cat Hobbes' condition, ultimately giving us reassurance that we were making the correct decision. He explained each step of the process and how Hobbes might react. Thankfully everything went very smoothly and he passed away peacefully on his favorite napping spot on our couch. I can't thank Dr. Martin enough for making such a hard day a little bit easier for me and my wife.
We made a very difficult decision to euthanize our sweet Shorthair Havanese dog. She was 13 years old and we had her since 7 weeks old. We decided that in home euthanasia would be the best option for our family and for Snickers. Dr. Martin brought his calm and caring presence at our agreed time. He greeted us and our Snickers with compassion and consideration for the difficult decision we made. He made us all comfortable with the decision we made and understood that Snickers was ready for that cross over to the Rainbow Bridge. We didn't feel rushed and was able to spend the last moments with her. We have another dog who is 15.5 years old and when his time comes, we hope to make a similar choice when the time is right.
I highly recommend Dr. Lane. He took time to answer our questions and took his lead from us. He was not pushy or needing to rush anything. He is gentle, kind and clearly caring with our four legged family members. His presence is calm and comforting. During such a difficult decision and occurrence in any family, I encourage you to consider Dr. Lane Martin and Codapet.
It was very difficult decision to let go of our beloved pet, and Dr. Martin was comforting and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Thank you Dr. Martin for your thoughtfulness!
Rambo, our precious gentle giant, was losing his battle with bone cancer. Hevwas very affraid of going to the vet, and we didnt want him going through any more stress, so Dr Martin came to our home so that our Rambo could pass peaceful, surrounded by loved ones. He was very compassionate and gentle with him, and he walked us through everything, so that we knew what to expect.
Dr. Lane Martin is so kind and empathetic. He walked us through the process ahead of time. In our worst moments, he was compassionate and understanding. He was caring in our grief. She went so gently, on her own bed, surrounded by love. We could not have had anyone better than Dr. Martin helping guide our old girl.
Dr. Martin was fabulous. He talked us through the whole process and allevieted any concerns we had. I have recommended him to several people. My sweet dog had such high anxiety going to the vet. She was able to pass peacefully on her favorite bed. Thank you so much Dr. Martin and CodaPet.
Dr. Lane was warm, kind, empathetic, and gentle. He thoroughly explained every step of the process - and never rushed us. I felt very grateful for his kindness during this sad and difficult time.
We’ve thought a lot about that day and we appreciate him walking us through the process. It brought us a lot of peace knowing Lovey could pass comfortably in her home. The level of care bringing her back home was very thoughtful. Thank you, Dr. Martin.
Dr. Martin was very professional and helpful during the time of putting JJ down. After JJ had joined Jake & Hobo on the other side Lane offered to help carry JJ to the back yard which meant a lot to me because trying to carry a 110lb German Shepard when he has gone is no easy feat. Thanks Lane for being so understanding and thoughtful during this time. Oren

Dr. Lane was so amazing. He explained every thing thoroughly to us when we had to put our sweet dog down. He answered every one of our questions that we had. It was so much better than having to take our dog to the vet.
Dr. Martin was so kind, professional and knowledgeable about our dog and her situation. Having the at home euthanasia was such a stress free element to an already stressful & sad situation. We are thankful our dog was able to pass at home comfortably. Would definitely recommend to anyone in this situation.
Dr. Lane has a kind and quiet presence that was really comforting during an emotionally fraught time. He answered all my questions in a thoughtful and thorough manner and gave me all the information I needed to feel at peace throughout the process. I felt like he really cared about my cat and did everything he could so she would pass with dignity and love.
Losing my Yorkie baby Tank on October 23rd was the hardest thing I ever experienced. Tank was the sweetest dog we had for more than 14 years and he joined our family when he was only 8 weeks. It was a very difficult decision to schedule the appointment with Dr. Martin, and even harder to make the call at the last moment. Dr. Martin was very professional. He was patient and compassionate; explained everything in details and comforted us that we were making the right decision. Tank end up passing on his own. While Dr. Martin was examining him before the injection, Tank knew it was time for him to go. I really appreciate Dr. Martin to be there with us during this difficult time and he even personally delivered Tank (in a wooden urn) back to us one week later. Thank you so much, Dr. Martin for doing this hard job. You are helping so many pet parents...you are such a blessing to us. We also received the hand written card from him which brought us comfort. Thank you, Doctor!
Dr. Martin was the calm, soothing presence we needed on Prince’s final day. He really helped us through the process as we were so lost at the time
Dr Martin was kind and compassionate. He was gentle with us and our precious girl. This is an awful time to meet someone, but if you need this service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him
Dr. Lane was simply perfect. By his kindness, warmth, and professionalism, he made the heartbreaking loss of our dear family pet manageable. There is literally nothing that I would recommend that he change in his approach to his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone who finds themselves facing the challenge of end-of-life care for their pet.
Very thankful to Dr. Martin, he was very patient and kind. Grateful that our sweet 12 year old pup was able to pass peacefully in the comfort of her home.
I cannot thank Dr Lane Martin enough for his patience and guidance regarding my beloved dog on her final day and in getting her ashes back. You need reassurance that you are doing what is best for your pet. My dog was the best and I loved her as my child. Understanding grief and information I received from coda pet as well helped me stand up for my needs with my sister and her spouse. Dr Martin is dedicated to helping you and your pet through this process. People used to ask me how I could work as a hospice nurse but I was gifted in helping people across the widest ranges of situations. He has that gift for pets and their owners and this is his practice. Thank you
Dr. Martin was compassionate, respectful, professional, and very skilled. He helped ease one of the most traumatic moments I've experienced and made it not seem like a cold clinical process. I'm incredibly grateful for his assistance giving us and Prym the most humane send off.
Our sweet loving corgi had medical problems we couldn’t correct. Dr Martin arrived at our home, kind, spoke to us. We knew we had no options but to have our Kobe put out of misery. Dr Martin was patient, soft spoken, empathy and thoughtful. My husband and I had him put to sleep Mac at 14 with DM, Alfie at 13 with seizures at clinic. This service of coming to our home was perfect for us as seniors. Appreciate the support during difficult time.
Our nephew recommended in home euthanasia to us. We wanted to avoid stressing our Sasha dog. It was a beautiful, peaceful experience. Dr. Lane Martin was gentle and kind to us explaining the process, reassuring us and calming Sasha. We definitely recommend Codapet to anyone facing this difficult decision. Thank you for providing this wonderful opportunity.
Grateful to have found a company/ Dr. Martin to provide our senior dog's last goodbye. Dr. Martin was very flexible and warm. My dog used to get anxious around new people, but his calm demeanor made everything a comfortable experience. I highly recommend using this at-home service.
Kudos to Dr. Martin Of CodaPet. When he arrived at our home, we all , my cat "Ollie" wrapped a blanket, sat on the porch. He did not rush but talked with us until both cat and I were calm. A sedative made for a sleepy cat, so the euthanasia that followed did not cause him discomfort. I hated to let go, but this was a kindness to a terminally ill cat.
Dr. Martin was wonderful! He made a very difficult day a little less so. Having him come to the house made a huge difference in the stress level for me and my cat. If I have an option, I will never put an animal down in a vets office again.
The in home euthanasia process was a hard decision to make, but once I talked to Dr. Lane Martin. I felt better in the decision. Dr. Martin was compassionate and understanding of the difficult decision of letting my dog go. If I have to do it again in the future. I would use CodaPet.
It was time to say goodbye to our senior dog, Teek. He had been ill and the symptoms were becoming more apparent. We knew it was time... Dr. Martin was able to come quickly, and was such a comfort in helping us with the decision and the procedure. Having had some experience prior, we knew what to expect. Dr. Martin took even more care, and made the process more bearable. I highly recommend his services.
Dr. Martin made a hard decision feel like we were doing the right thing for our 13 year old dog who was losing mobility. Coming to our home where it was peaceful and comfortable, as well as Dr. Martin's kind presence, helped tremendously with the grief of the situation. The aftercare options were also thoughtful. Having this service available is truly a gift.
