I'm so grateful we found this service. It was time to let our sweet elderly dog go but knew we didn't want to cause him more stress by taking him to the vet. We were able to have his passing at home, surrounded by our family and our other pets. Dr Laura was so kind, gentle, and sensitive to our needs. She expertly guided us our grief journey and was able to coordinate cremation as well.

Lisa was perfect in every way, I 💯 recommend her. She made the worst day a little bit easier and was so compassionate. She let me spend as much time as I needed with him before and after, and I can’t even describe how special those moments were for me. On another note, making an appointment was just clicking a time. She showed up on time and kept in full contact with me. I initially tried this with a very popular company in Los Angeles and they caused me so much grief… never calling back, claiming to be 24/7 as I watched my boy spend his last night in unnecessary pain… so do your pet a favor and use Lisa/Codapet.

Honestly, I don’t normally leave reviews but the experience we had with Dr. Lisa and an at home euthanasia was truly phenomenal. Whilst it was such a sad and heartbreaking time for us, being in the comfort of our own home and having our sweet dog Freud’s last moments be in his familiar surroundings with a vet that truly cared and was so kind, was extremely special. Like most pet owners we were battling with whether we had made the right decision, but Dr. Lisa took one look at Freud and said it definitely was the right time. He immediately went up to her and seemed extremely comfortable in her presence. It also seemed as though he knew what she was there for. We went with Freud out to our back garden. It was a beautiful sunny day and the sun was shining down on all of us. Freud was so calm and at ease. He rested his head on my husband’s lap we said our goodbyes and he gently drifted off for the last time. I feel so grateful for Dr. Lisa and the wonderful service Codapet gives for families going through this upsetting time. If you are wondering whether it is worth it or it makes a difference, I wholeheartedly say it does. My father was a vet, and I grew up taking my pets to the clinics and hospitals- but this experience was different. Thank you to Dr Lisa for making this a unique transition. We miss our boy, but feel grateful we got to say goodbye in this way.

We can’t thank Dr. Daniela enough for helping us say goodbye to our amazing boy, Apollos. He had terminal lung cancer and suddenly was struggling to breathe. We knew it was finally time to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to our best friend. We contacted Dr.Daniela after reading her amazing reviews. We wanted nothing but the best for our boy and she is it! She went above and beyond. During our appointment she immediately put our pup at ease (he took to her right away.) The entire process, while one of the most difficult decisions, was the best final gift and thank you we could’ve given our pup. Dr. Daniella never rushed us, allowing as much time as we needed through each step. And in the comfort of his home, with his favorite blanket, surrounded by so much love our boy very peacefully went to sleep. We can’t thank Dr. Daniela enough for making this unwanted journey easier to deal with. We felt like a caring friend had stepped into our home to help us through the difficult goodbye. Dr. Perzak was very compassionate and supportive during our family's difficult time of letting go of our sweet Lilly! She was kind & patient. My son is military so he was not able to be home to say his goodbyes to his childhood dog. He was able to be a part via video call & she took the time to talk with him as well to include him in the moments to say goodbye. They are amazing! My baby was only 6 years old. And he was poisoned only the poison didn’t take him right away it was slow and we didn’t know what was happening to him . He just lost himself he was no longer the dog we knew he became almost like mentally challenged and senile at the same time . I brought him to the vet and the blood work came back clear. So for a couple months he went from just acting mentally challenged but still eating drinking and walking on his Owen still trying to play but being kind of aggressive to not walking or eating on his Owen to potting in the kennel and the house vertigo really bad and I had had enough I couldn’t get him in the car he started having seizures and I didn’t want him to be scared but it was time. I wanted him free of whatever this was that took my baby. Dr. Vosburg was so patient and gentle and she came to the house no judgment at all just kind and compassionate she went slow and at his side she gave him the sleep meds let us love on him and then sent him on his way to freedom . My heart is never gonna be the same after having that bundle of energy that loving adorable baby in my life , and even though I wasn’t supposed to be sending him off yet , as sudden as it was , having him sent off that way was perfect and I felt ok sending him with her. They are just amazing people and I’ll forever call on them when I need to. Thank y’all so much.

It seems an odd thing to give 5 stars for an in home pet euthanasia service. But, from the care of the phone call and the event itself...it felt like another member of our family was helping us through this terrible time and celebration of our small dog's life. Ava dog was 15.5 when she passed and suddenly in a lot of pain. Dr. Megan Lowman opened up and added a 9pm appointment to her schedule to help our sweet Ava in her time of need. She was careful, caring, loving, soft spoken, informative, and patient. The back of her van was set up like a small, clean and beautiful little bed... to take our baby girl to In Memorial Pet Cremation Services (also, 5 stars...I can't say enough kind words) . She was attentive and must have listened to all of the emotional stories and nonsense I was saying...because she sent a detailed and very personal card a few days later that mentioned our family members' names and even personal details about Ava's life. Thank you, Dr. Lowman and the wonderfully caring customer service at CodaPet for making this transition as caring and loving as possible.

Losing our little man was always going to be the hardest and most painful part of having him our lives. But, if there was one thing that could make the experience any easier on both our pup and our family, it was having Dr. Lisa Fieg there to guide the way. She truly and absolutely cares. Dr. Fieg was sensitive, caring, unrushed and kind. Tiger went into a deep sleep before his leg was shaved and the catheter inserted for the final step. He spent his last moments with his family on his spot on the sofa. Worth the extra dollars to have everything done right. Sad but perfect.

Dr. Duncan is so compassionate and caring and made such a heartbreaking experience a little easier to bear. We made the difficult decision to put down our senior kitty Angus, and we knew we wanted him to be comfortable at home and with his family when he passed over the rainbow bridge. I called CodaPet late on a Friday afternoon and Karen called us back within 20 minutes. She was able to come to our home later the same day and she was just amazing. Our beloved 17-year-old kitty Lil had been struggling with arthritic pain for some time and when one morning she was unable to stand or walk without pain, we made the difficult decision to help her cross the rainbow bridge. We didn’t want to subject her to any more vet visits, which were highly stressful for her. We found CodaPet through a Google search for in-home euthanasia. Dr Jacque Murray was, fortunately, in our service area. We were able to read her profile and knew that we wanted her to help us. We could not have wished for a more peaceful, beautiful, loving send-off for our Lil. She was in the place that she was most comfortable in the whole world, in our bed with my husband and me at her side. Dr Murray’s calm and caring energy and our soft conversation was comforting, too, to Lil and to us. Dr Murray explained the process to us and answered our questions. I simply cannot imagine a more peaceful, supportive way to say goodbye to your pet. Our beloved hound was unable to stand on her last day and rather than pick her up and carry her to her vet (which would have been painful and confusing), we called Dr. Gordon who worked us in as soon as possible. Saying goodbye to a family member is never easy. However, being able to say goodbye in the privacy of your home is an absolute gift. After 14.5 years of giving us all the love in her heart, we needed to make the hardest decision. Maddie was surrounded by her things, her smells, and all the people(and cats) who loved her. Not having to deal with all the complications of transporting our beloved Maddie to the hospital, being a grieving mess in public, or having to drive home after the procedure are all positive features of this service. We are grateful for CodaPet and all the staff and doctors who make up this exceptional service. Dr. Lisa Fieg is an amazing, sensitive, highly skilled vet. She spent time learning about Angel, my 16 year old beloved mini poodle. She considered how to ease his transition by encouraging consumption of his favorite food (hard-boiled egg yolks) as she administered an injection to relax him. He was so thrilled to be indulged in 4 yolks that he gobbled them up, didn’t notice the injection, and immediately fell asleep with a gentle snore. She helped me pick the perfect urn for him—it was beautifully wrapped and it even comes with a tiny key for the heart lock. It was delivered with compassion by a kind driver who kept me closely informed of his arrival. I’m so grateful for Dr. Lisa. She’s truly the best, most loving person with whom to share such a painful loss. ❤️🥲🙏🏻

Dr. Harper is a gift! She has the sweetest soul and I could not have imagined another person helping our little Buddy find a soft landing. Buddy loved his cotton blankets, he used the puffs to shield his eyes from sunlight as he napped in his senior years. She was Buddy's blanket as he crossed over, she shielded him from suffering. We had Dr Lisa come to our house October 1st to help us help our sweet Beast crossover. Dr Lisa was so sweet and explained how everything was going to happen. She was so gentle with our baby,she was so gentle with us too. The entire experience was so calm and peaceful and at no point did she make us feel rushed. Care, compassion and empathy were in the forefront and every step of the way. This was such a hard decision to make after 15 years with our pup.
